Refund Policy

Digital content

Rise Day is digital content delivered immediately after payment: the license key is active as soon as you receive it. By completing the purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where the law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, it ends once delivery has started.

If something is wrong

If Rise Day does not work on a supported device, or you did not receive your key, write to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout, within 14 days of purchase, and we will fix the problem or refund you.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed by Stripe or Link, the payment provider shown on your receipt. Where Stripe or Link is the seller of record for your purchase, their consumer terms also apply.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
