Who we are

Rise Day is a web application made by Healvia (Andrea Di Marco), VAT number IT03852100837, Via del Vespro 19, 98122 Messina, Italy. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you buy

When you purchase Rise Day you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Rise Day web application on the devices you own, for your personal use. The license is delivered as a key sent to the email address you provide at checkout, together with an activation link. Updates to the application are included.

You may not resell, share or publish your license key, copy or redistribute the application, or attempt to circumvent the license check.

How the purchase works

Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your country, the seller of record for the transaction may be Stripe or Link (Stripe's checkout service): in that case the purchase, your receipt, applicable taxes and the handling of refunds are governed by their consumer terms, shown to you at checkout. Healvia provides the software and the license.

The price shown on riseday.co is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Delivery

Your license key is sent by email within minutes of payment. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then use the "I lost my key" page or write to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout.

Your data

Rise Day stores your data on your device only. We have no access to it, and we cannot recover it for you. Use the export function in the app to keep a backup. See the Privacy Policy.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

Warranty and liability

We work to keep Rise Day reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Healvia is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of data stored on your device. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
